Per Cap Software
LaborKey Per Cap is an affiliate database management system.
The primary features include:
• per capita and assessment payment tracking,
• per capita statements and analysis reports, &
• automated delegate eligibility/credentials and voting strength tracking and reporting.
This product is the fifth major revision of our per capita software (formerly called LaborStar) which has been used by a number of AFL-CIO state fed and CLC/ALC offices since early 2000, including the Colorado AFL-CIO and the St. Paul Regional Labor Federation. In 2009 we have made our most ambitious rehaul ever with assistance from the Colorado AFL-CIO. This was the first version which we made available to all AFL-CIO state feds and councils.
