Our current LaborKey Basic Service Plan Agreement includes up to 3 free 15-minute phone calls per month. We are including this service for Clients on older service plans as well. All other phone support will be billed at $80 per hour. Phone support for (1) the initial installation on the first computer station, (2) billing, and (3) "errors" in the software where the software fails to perform a task intended by the developer as direct result of coding mistakes (unrelated to the user's computer or environment) are all exceptions where phone support fees will be waived.
